January - Wellbeing for 2019

'Let's concentrate on the brain as everything comes from the mothership' says Ruby Wax in her article on mental health in WI life. We'll spend January's meeting exploring this through six areas. Be active, Keep Learning, Give, Connect, Take notice and Care for the Planet. We'll offer mini activities, tips, opportunity to share your stories and a chance to set yourself a goal for 2019. We all have the ability to fulfil our potential, with small steps you can make a positive change to achieve mental well-being. Let's make 2019 count!
